Banana Strawberry
Smoothie
Ingredients:
1/2 large banana
3 large strawberries
1/2 cup nonfat yogurt
Preparation:
1. Chop banana and strawberries into pieces
2. Add to a blend or food processor and puree till smooth

Ingredients:
1/2 cup of all-purpose flour
1 cube of beef stock
1 chopped onion
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
4 cups of milk
15 oz of frozen peas
1 pound of ground beef
Coconut oil
Dash of salt and pepper
Directions:
1. Place the oil in a large frying pan over medium-high
heat. Add the meat, onion and garlic and onion. Cook for approximately 5 to 10
minutes. The onions should be translucent and there should be no pink portions
of the beef; it should be completely browned
2. Place the cube of beef stock in hot water and allow it to
dissolve. Add the beef stock to the meat. Steam or boil the peas. Remove the
meat, garlic and onion mix from the burner. Add the flour and mix well
3. Place the pan over medium-low heat. Stir in the milk.
Pour slowly and stir continuously until it reaches the desired thickness. Add
the peas. If desired, add salt and pepper for a bit of extra flavor. Cook for 5
minutes and serve

Ingredients:
6 oz (200g) grilled chicken breast, cut into ½-inch cubes
1 tbsp low sodium hot wing sauce, divided
⅓ 10 oz whole-wheat pizza crust
1 large tomato, cut
into ¼-inch thick slices
1 ½ tbsp reduced-fat crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 450°F(230°C)
2. Toss chicken in ½ tbsp sauce
3. Place pizza crust on a baking sheet and lay the tomato
slices evenly over it to cover the crust
4. Top evenly with chicken, then sprinkle cheese over
everything. Drizzle remaining sauce over top
5. Cook pizza until crust is lightly crisped and toppings
are hot, about 8–10 minutes
